The questions we are asked in almost every first call.

How long does a typical project take?

A Starter site takes two to three weeks. A Studio project runs six to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. Scale engagements are planned quarter by quarter.

Do I need to have my content ready?

It helps, but it is not a blocker. We design with realistic placeholder copy and then refine it with you — often the design is what unlocks the writing.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Everything is built with Divi and organised so a non-technical editor can change text, images and whole sections safely.

Do you work with clients in other time zones?

All the time. The team spans four countries, so we are used to async updates, recorded walkthroughs and a couple of overlapping hours a day.

What do you need from us to start?

A signed brief, a named decision maker and access to your brand assets and analytics. That is genuinely it.

How we build, test and hand over what we make.

Which platform do you build on?

WordPress with the Divi builder, unless there is a strong reason to do otherwise. It gives your team the most freedom after handover.

Is the site accessible?

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline: keyboard navigation, visible focus, sensible contrast and proper landmarks on every template.

How do you handle performance?

Every project has a performance budget written into the brief. We optimise images, keep third-party scripts to a minimum and test on a throttled mid-range phone.

Can you migrate our existing content?

Yes. We will map the old URLs to the new ones, set up redirects and keep your search rankings intact.

What about ongoing updates?

Take a care plan and we handle core, theme and plugin updates on a monthly cycle with a staging check first. Or do it yourself — we will show you how.
